Basic Info BioI've always had a struggle with my weight. I joined Weight Watchers online July 2005 and have been losing weight pretty steadily with some bumps in the road on the way.
It's now 2009, and I reached my weight loss goal Feb 2008, losing 100lbs on WW. Since I met my goal, I did put about 20lbs back on, in which I am healthily losing again, trying different approaches. Currently, I am trying the GI Diet, which I am really enjoying.
